A post-mortem will be conducted tomorrow (Monday) on the victim of the fatal house fire in Dunedin.
Police continue to investigate what happened at the Nutsford St address overnight on Friday.
A scene examination has taken place, however cordons and scene guards do remain while Police continue their inquiries.
Police would like to thank the residents of Nutsford St for their patience and support while emergency services have been present.
While the deceased has yet to be formally identified, Police would like to extend our sympathies to their friends and family.
