Just after 3.30pm this afternoon, Hamilton Police were advised that a teenage male had been found deceased near a walkway in the suburb of Hillcrest.
Police believe the deceased is a 17-year-old reported missing by his family on Friday.
The death is not believed to be suspicious and will be referred to the Coroner.
Police thank the public for their assistance with this matter.
