Death following 21 June crash on State Highway 30

A woman has died after being critically injured in a crash on State Highway 30 in the Bay of Plenty on 21 June.
 
The woman was transported to hospital following the crash near the intersection with Whirinaki Valley Road at 7.10am.
 
Sadly, she passed away in hospital on 25 June.
 
Our thoughts are with her whānau and loved ones.
 
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
