Home > News > Canterbury Police locate and arrest the man who absconded from Christchurch District Court
Canterbury Police can confirm that they located Shane ARCHBOLD, who absconded from Christchurch District Court this morning, in the Aranui area of Christchurch shortly before 1pm this afternoon.
ARCHBOLD has been arrested and charges will be laid.
Canterbury Police would like to thank the public for their help in reporting sightings of the man which ultimately led to his arrest.
