Body of missing fisherman located

Police can advise that the body of missing fisherman Maxium Efremychev was found late last night. 
 
After an extensive search, members of the Police National Dive Squad located Mr Efremychev's body at around 10.30pm last night, approximately a kilometre south of the northern end of Omaha beach. 
 
Mr Efremychev's family are being supported by Police and Victim Support.
