Canterbury Police arrested a 31 year old man last night (26 November 2015) in relation to the arson that occurred at 71 Ferry Road (Christchurch) at approximately 4am yesterday (26 November 2015).
The man appeared in Christchurch District Court today (27 November 2015) charged with Arson.
Police investigations are ongoing.
