A 30 year old man has been arrested by Dunedin Police in relation to an alleged serious sexual assault of another man in the city on Sunday morning.
The man will appear in Dunedin District Court tomorrow morning, charged with sexual violation and assault with intent to commit sexual violation.
Police would like to thank the public for the assistance they provided to Police in this matter.
As the matter is now before the courts, we are unable to comment further at this time.
