Police are appealing for witnesses in relation to a fatal crash in Whangārei earlier this month.
The crash, on Western Hills Drive, occurred at about 3:30pm on Wednesday 8 February.
Sadly, one person has died in hospital as a result of the crash.
As part of our investigation, Police are trying to piece together the events that occurred leading up to the crash, and we are appealing to the public for information.
Two vehicles believed to be involved are a White Toyota Yaris hatchback and a Blue Toyota Hilux.
We are asking anyone who may have seen these vehicles prior to the crash to please get in touch.
Anyone else who may have dashcam or CCTV footage of the crash, or has information on the occupants of those vehicles, is also asked to contact Police via 105 quoting file number 230210/7923.
