Manawatu Area Police based in the Horowhenua are seeking information as to the whereabouts of Cole Dylan Flutey following an incident that occurred in the Foxton Beach area in early November 2015.
FLUTEY is a 32-year-old Foxton resident with connections throughout the Horowhenua and Manawatu.
He is approximately 178cm ( 5 ft 8 in ) tall, of medium build with short red hair.
Police ask that any person with information as to Flutey's whereabouts contact their nearest police station or Crime stoppers on 0800 555 111.
