The New Zealand Police and the Department of Corrections regret to advise that the media conference scheduled for this evening to discuss the Ministerial Inquiry has been postponed.
The conference was scheduled in anticipation that the Court would deliver a decision regarding the suppression orders currently restricting release of information held in the report. The Judge has elected to hold over his decision at this time.
The conference will be rescheduled once the Judge has confirmed when the decision will be delivered.
While suppression orders remain in place, neither Police nor Corrections can comment on the details of the report.
