Kapiti-Mana Police are seeking any sightings of 27-year-old Thomas TE HAU.
A recall warrant has been issued and Police wish to speak to him as soon as possible.
TE HAU has connections to Wellington, Morinsville, Matamata and Whangarei.
The public should not approach TE HAU and immediately contact Police.
Police would encourage TE HAU to report to the nearest Police station.
TE HAU is described as a Maori male of medium build with black hair and brown eyes.
