Police are seeking a distinctive looking male in relation to the robbery of the Star Video Store on Wairakei Road in Christchurch at about 2.45pm on Saturday 9 February 2013.
The male entered the store and demanded money while threatening the staff member with an item concealed under his top. He fled with an undisclosed sum of money.
The male is believed to be Maori in his mid to late 20's of average build, with distinctive orange peroxide coloured hair. He was wearing a cap and 3/4 length shorts with white shoes. He may have been in the area prior to the incident.
