A man and a woman wanted by Police in connection with two aggravated robberies in Hamilton this week were arrested by Police this morning.
The alleged offenders were wanted in relation to the robbery of an ANZ bank on Monday and a NZ Post Shop yesterday.
Both robberies took place in Te Rapa.
Detective Sergeant Nigel Keall said the pair were arrested in Hamilton shortly after 10am.
Items of clothing and some of the cash linked to the robberies were recovered at the scene.
Both are expected to appear in the Hamilton District later today on a variety of charges relating to the robberies and other matters.
