Police have located and charged a 30 year old male with offences in relation to the discovery of a P Lab in a house on Hills Road late yesterday afternoon. He will appear in the Christchurch District Court tomorrow.
Inquiries are continuing with ESR and police continuing to forensically examine the house.
The two children have been referred to CYF for follow up action.
