Hamilton Police investigating the suspicious death of a man in the City yesterday will resume interviewing a man today in relation to the incident.
Shift manager, Senior Sergeant Gillian Meadows, said emergency services were called to the scene in the suburb of Frankton shortly before 5pm after reports of an assault.
"On their arrival a 38-year-old man was found dead at a residential address on Wha St and a 28-year-old man is currently helping detectives with their inquiries.
"Police are not seeking anyone else in relation to the incident and further details are expected to be released later in the day."
