Police have today released the name of the man who died in a house fire at Bleakhouse Rd, Darfield on Saturday 11 September.
He was Jody Alan McGinnis aged 39 of Darfield.
Constable Tony Beaumont of Darfield Police said there were no suspicious circumstances, and the fire was not earthquake related.
The matter has been referred to the Coroner.
ENDS
