Auckland City Police want information to help locate missing Auckland Hospital patient 54 year-old Suzanne Leigh Thomas.
Mrs Thomas left the hospital at about 1pm on Tuesday, September 7, and has not been seen by friends or family members since.
Hospital staff have concerns for her wellbeing as she requires medical attention and Police are concerned for her safety.
Sue is a blonde Caucasian and was last seen wearing a beige cardigan, black and white shirt and boots. It is unclear whether she was wearing trousers or a dress.
Anyone who knows where she is or who has seen her in the past two days should contact Auckland City Police CIU or Auckland Hospital.
