The bodies of two men and a woman found dead in a house in Feilding yesterday (Monday, 23 August) were removed from the house this evening.
The process of formal identification will now take place and until that process is complete names will not be released. Those formal identifications are expected to be completed tomorrow and post mortem examinations will also be held tomorrow.
The forensic examination of the house is continuing and Police expect to be at the Lees Road address for the next couple of days.
Earlier today Police Chaplin Chris Martin visited the address to bless those who died and will return again tomorrow to offer a prayer and bless the house.
No further comment will be made today.
