A motorcyclist killed in a road crash this morning has been named as Private Te Tahuna Tahapeehi, aged 21 of the 2nd Logisitics Battalion based at Linton Military Camp.
He was the rider of a motorbike that collided with a car at the intersection of Camp Road and Bells Road, Linton, around 9.45 this morning.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
