Waitakere Police are anxious to locate Clinton McDonald who is wanted on firearms charges.
McDonald's current whereabouts are unknown but it is believed he could be in Auckland or Central North Island.
McDonald is considered to be dangerous.
He should not be approached if sighted.
Any sightings should be reported immediately by phoning 111.
