Family grieving in private

Dunedin Police have been in constant contact with Anna Kemp's mother in Dunedin, it is her wish at this time that she, and her sons be allowed to grieve privately.

The pressure that this matter has brought upon her, and particularly her two sons, has been extreme, and she is grateful for the support of the church and good friends. Their love and care has been greatly appreciated.

She empathises with the difficult task facing the Victorian Police, and the tasks they have thus far completed.
