Operation security - Police Manual chapter

This chapter gives guidance on operational security, which is the process that gives a Police operation or exercise appropriate security, using passive or active means, to deny subject(s) or suspect(s) knowledge of the dispositions, capabilities and intentions of the Police. Some parts of this policy have been considered not appropriate for release and, if requested, would be withheld under the Official Information Act 1982. In this policy, the relevant sections of the Act that would apply have been identified.
