OPC Compliance Notice progress report - September to December 2023

This report is an update on the progress made in working through the requirements of a Compliance Notice issued by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC) in December 2021.
The report outlines Police’s progress and status against the specific requirements listed in the Compliance Notice. 12 requirements have been completed within the originally set timeframe. Two requirements need ongoing work in 2024 and are the subject of discussion with OPC.
