Investing in Frontline Policing - Budget 2024 Treasury reporting

In Budget 2024, we were provided funding for Investing in Frontline Policing. This initiative will enable New Zealand Police to strengthen policing in our communities through the deployment of additional frontline officers to increase the visibility of police in communities, improve the service for people requiring an emergency policing response, disrupt organised crime, visible gang harm and intimidation, and tackle youth offending. This document outlines our reporting on this funding as required by Treasury.
