Culture Survey Results 2020
- The Commissioner of Police and the Chairman of IPCA commissioned a staff survey to better understand our people’s experiences of Police workplace culture. This was to support an investigation by the IPCA into allegations of workplace bullying in Police.
- The survey was conducted online by an independent research company over two weeks in September 2020 and had a response rate of 40 percent, or 5790 staff.
- The results have now been collated and an initial summary provided back to Police While the full report by the IPCA will not be released until February next year, in the interests of transparency, topline results have been released to staff with more detailed results to follow.
