Disqualification

     

  1. Are you under 18 years old?

     

  2. In the last 5 years, were you:

     

  3. In the last 5 years, was

     

  4. Is your certificate suspended?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you will be automatically disqualified from holding a secondhand dealers licence or certificate.


A company is disqualified if it has:

  • been convicted in the last five years of a specified offence; or
  • if it has had its licence cancelled in the last five years.


The Licensing Authority can waive a disqualification. The Authority may do so, if there are special reasons.
