The two teenagers charged yesterday with the purely indictable offence of unauthorised access to a computer, were remanded on bail to reappear at later dates.
The 16 year-old Aucklander will reappear in the Auckland Youth Court on June 2, while the 19 year-old Hamiltonian - Sahil Gupta - is remanded on bail to appear for a pre-depositions hearing in the Hamilton District Court on June 21.
Auckland City Police will apply to have his hearing transferred to an Auckland court.
